Colorado Dermatology Institute
The design for the Colorado Dermatology Institute was driven by the client’s vision, but also by their mission: “Helping you become comfortable in your skin.” EON’s objective was to follow CDI’s vision through to completion by creating a peaceful, welcoming environment. The spa-influenced color scheme features calming, natural shades of blue and green, contributing to a Zen-like experience; and a carefully-chosen variety of upholstery material and patterns creates interest in lobby seating, while maintaining a cohesive space.
Professional Case Management / Malo Mansion
The Malo Mansion is the best example of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture in Denver. It was designed by architects Harry Manning and J.J. Benedict in 1921 for the residence of Oscar and Edith Malo. The mansion was converted to a commercial space in 1980 containing three stories, twenty-three rooms, and 15,883 square feet. This exquisite building features hand painted ceilings and inlaid wood. The design challenge was maintaining the character of the building while creating a modern, functional work environment. We chose traditional-style furniture to enhance the overall look of the building, and butter cream textiles to warm the space.
Nurse-Family Partnership
Nurse-Family Partnership makes a measurable, long-lasting difference in the lives of their clients. In keeping with NFP’s mission, EON created a flexible and versatile environment to support productivity, health and education. Large training rooms and a rich, elegant conference room were key elements in a space designed to encourage interaction and learning. Individual work stations with large windows and sliding glass doors offer employees privacy while maintaining an open, inviting environment. Sustainable finishes, warm colors, and an open plan are among the pleasing features that greet visitors to facility.
EON Boardroom & Design Department
EON’s boardroom & design department were recently redesigned. The goal for the boardroom was to create a modern, soothing conference space that corresponds with the corporate identity of our company. The walls are polished a sophisticated blue and are offset with a blend of truffle wood and laminate finishes in the table, buffet and wall-mount unit. The feel is completed with complimenting camel-colored leather chairs, and the result is an ideal space for formal/informal presentations and meetings.
EON Environments’ Design Department space was inspired by the white and espresso color trend, accented with frosted glass and textiles in a luscious grass-green hue. Optimal storage placement gives EON’s designers access to a complete library of fabrics & finishes. As EON embraces sustainability in our everyday designs, we maintain that same commitment to healthy and environmentally-friendly furnishings in our own offices.
Fidelity Exploration & Production Company
This stately office was purposefully designed to create an optimistic energy for a new Fidelity team member. The feel was executed with placement of rich furnishings paired with an overall color scheme. The furniture was oriented so that while working or conferencing, a view of the Colorado Rocky Mountains could be enjoyed. This feature paired nicely with the surrounding earth tones in the office, providing an added sense of calm within the space.
Community College of Aurora
When designing the cafeteria and study lounge for Community College of Aurora, a primary focus was on the form and function of the space. Careful attention was paid to the furniture, fabrics, and finishes, ensuring they were as cleanable and durable as possible for this high traffic area. It was also important that the furniture be flexible to accommodate either individual students, or grouped arrangements to create bigger meeting areas. We selected fun, playful fabrics to enhance the appeal of the space.
